Ingredients
Serves 2
1 cup whole moong sprouts
1/2 cup black gram sprouts
50 gm paneer (in small cubes)
1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped green capsicum
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped tomato
1 tbsp boiled corn
5 crushed mint leaves
2 chopped green chilly
1" grated ginger
6 curry leaves
1 tbsp roasted barley flour
1 tbsp roasted gram flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp raisins
1 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tsp White and black salt
1 tsp chilly flack
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Take a serving bowl . Add cucumber, carrot, both of sprouts, tomato, capsicum, boiled corn, both of roasted flour, paneer cubes, roasted cumin powder, crushed mint, coriander leaves, black pepper, both of salt, oregano, chilly flack & raisins. Mix well
Take a tadka pan. Add olive oil, heat on medium flame. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter on low flame. Add ginger, green chilly and curry leaves. Mix well and switch off the gas.
Now pour the tadka in detox Salad. Saute nicely. Add lemon juice and mix well. Healthy Breakfast is ready.
