For idili batter...mix rava and curd and make thick batter by adding water
Add salt and keep it covered for 5mins
Add soda and stir it and pour one spoon batter in greased idili mould plates
Cook it in idili maker
For sambhar...Pressure cook dal along with salt and turmeric in a cooker for two whistle
Heat ghee in a wok and add chopped veggies and tomato and stir fry for 2-3 mins
Add red chilly powder,sambhar powder and salt in it
Add cooked dal in it and add turmeric pulp and water,adjust the consistency
For tempering heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds as it crackle add curry leaves,red chilly,urad dal and cook for a while and addin sambhar let it simmer on low medium flame
For chutney grind coconut,green chilly roasted dal,salt to a fine paste
Temper it with mustard seeds,red chilly and curry leaves
