Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 2 cup Ragi flour

  • 2 cup dosa batter

  • 1/2 cup coconut

  • 2 to 3 dry red chilli

  • 5 to 6 shallots

  • 1/4 t spoon salt or as needed

Directions

    Mix both ragi and.dosa batter nicely.

    Add needed salt

  • 03

    Keep a pan pour ragi batter apply oil if necessary and leave it for few minutes

  • 04

    Once it's cooked nicely remove from pan and serve hot

  • 05

    Red chutney:: coconut,dry red chilli ,shallots and salt .grind all these nicely

  • 06

    This red chutney goes well with any kind of dosa and idli
