Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 2 cup Idli rice

  • 2 cup kambu

  • 1 cup urid dhal

  • 1 spoon fenugreek

  • 1/4 t spoon salt or as needed

Directions

  • 01

    Soak kambhu, fenugreek, Idli rice and urid Dal for 2 hours and grind it

  • 02

    Once it got fermented add salt and water and mix well

  • 03

    Now keep a pan an spread kambu dosa batter and spread it thin.

  • 04

    If needed add 1 t spoon oil and remove from pan and serve with onion chutney or sambar
