Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 2 cup wheat flour

  • 4 boiled potatos

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 pinch asafotida

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 500 gram oil for frying

  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 2 green chillis

    Finely maah the potatoes

  • 02

    Add all the spices, oil and chop the green chillis

  • 03

    Mix wheat flour and make a normal dough.

  • 04

    Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan.

  • 06

    Take out a small ball and roll it out. It should be little thick.

    Drop in hot oil and gently press with spatula.

  • 08

    Flip it and fry till golden.

  • 09

    Serve hot with curd, chutney or as per your taste.
