Grind moong daal, besan, ginger, Green chillies, salt, haldi, red chilli powder, with 1/2 cup water into a smooth batter
Add chopped spinach and cumin seeds in the batter
The batter should be smooth
Heat 1tsp oil in a nonstick pan
Spread a little batter with a ladle to form a circle and sprinkle sprouts on top
Put some Paneer slices and sprinkle cumin powder on top
When the pancake is cooked and crispy fold into half and serve with green chilli
