Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup Moong daal


  • 1/2 cup besan


  • 4 Green chilli


  • 1 small piece ginger


  • 1/2 tspHaldi


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds


  • 300 gms Paneer


  • 1/2 cup Spinach chopped


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin seeds


  • 1/2 cup Moong sprouts

Directions

  • Grind moong daal, besan, ginger, Green chillies, salt, haldi, red chilli powder, with 1/2 cup water into a smooth batter
  • Add chopped spinach and cumin seeds in the batter
  • The batter should be smooth
  • Heat 1tsp oil in a nonstick pan
  • Spread a little batter with a ladle to form a circle and sprinkle sprouts on top
  • Put some Paneer slices and sprinkle cumin powder on top
  • When the pancake is cooked and crispy fold into half and serve with green chilli
