Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cup gram flour


  • 4 boiled potatos


  • 1 tsp turmeric powdee


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tsp mango powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 250 gram oil for frying

Directions

  • Peel potatoes and add all the spices.
  • Now grate the potatoes and make a dough with potatoes, gram flour and all the spices.
  • Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Grease the grater.
  • Take a handful portion of dough and press in on grater just 6 inch above the heating oil.
  • From the grater sev will be dropped in hot oil.
  • Fry til golden. Let them cool.
  • Store in a airtight container and serve with tea in morning.
