Peel potatoes and add all the spices.
Now grate the potatoes and make a dough with potatoes, gram flour and all the spices.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Grease the grater.
Take a handful portion of dough and press in on grater just 6 inch above the heating oil.
From the grater sev will be dropped in hot oil.
Fry til golden. Let them cool.
Store in a airtight container and serve with tea in morning.
