Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 2 cup refiend flour


  • 1/4 cup fenugreek leaves or methi ke patte


  • 1 tsp carom seeds


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 500 gram oil for frying

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add refiend flour, fenugreek leaves, salt, carom seeds and 1/4 cup of oil.
  • Make a stiff dough. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  • Now take a small ball from dough and roll it out.
  • Prik it with fork. Prepare all likewise.
  • Meanwhile heat oil in a pan.
  • Transfer them in hot oil. Fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with tea in morning.
