Soak sago for 4 hours. After soaking transfer it in a chhalni and keep it aside for 2 hours, so that extra water can release.
Peel the potatoes and grate them.
Mix all the ingredients in it and finely chop the green chillis.
Now mix it in sago.
Take a handful portion and make a ball form it. Flat it a little with help of palm.
Now heat 4-5 spoon oil on tawa.
When oil heats up drop this flat ball in it.
Roast till golden brown. and flip it.
Roast this side untill it turns golden brown.
Now place it on the edges of tawa, so that extra oil can be released.
Serve it with coriander chutney.
