Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 2 cup wheat flour

  • 1 beetroot paste

  • 1/4 t spoon salt or as needed

  • 1/2 litre Oil for deep frying

Directions

  • 01

    Add wheat flour salt beetroot paste and mix well and form a thick dough.if need add water

  • 02

    Make small poori ..once the oil is hot deep fry the beetroot pooris and serve with potato masal
