  • 2 cup rice flour


  • 1 Coconut


  • 4 spoon sugar or as needed


  • 1/4 t spoon salt or as needed

Directions

  • Boil water and add to the rice flour add salt and mix well and make a dough
  • Place the rice flour dough in idiyappam maker and press it.
  • Steam for 15 minutes and remove.idiyappam is ready
  • Grind the coconut add warm water and strain and take the coconut milk add sugar as needed
  • Now serve idiyappam with coconut milk
  • Perfect and healthy breakfast
