Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup idli rice

  • 1/2 cup dhoor dal

  • 1/2 cup Bengal gram Dal

  • 1/4 cup moong dal

  • 4 dry red chillies

  • 4 garlic

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 1/4 t spoon salt or as needed

  • 5 spoon Coriander leaves

  • 1/4 t spoon Turmeric powder

  • 4 spoon oil

Directions

    Soak idli rice,and other Dal for 4 hours

  • 02

    Now coarsely grind all the ingredients

  • 03

    Add salt and water as needed

  • 04

    Keep a pan pour d batter and add oil and cook nicely add coriander leaves and romove from pan and serve hot.
