Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 4 white bread slices

  • 1 cup gram flour

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds,

  • 1 pinch asafoetida

  • 1 pinch garam masala

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 cup Oil for frying

  • 2 boiled potatos

  • 1 tsp cumin seds,

  • 1 pinch asafoetida

  • 4-5 green chillis

Directions

    In a bowl add all the ingredients and made a smooth batter. It should be flowy.

    Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

    Now mash the potatoes and mix salt, cumin seeds, asfoetida.

    Now spread them on bread and place another bread on it.

    Now cut it in 4 pieces.

    Heat a pan and add oil to heat.

  • 07

    When oil heats up dip a piece in the batter and drop-in to oil.

    Fry till golden brown.

  • 09

    Serve with chutney, tea, sauce.
