Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup wheat rava

  • 3 cup water

  • 1 big onion

  • 1/2 cup green peas

  • 1 carrot shredded

  • 1 t spoon jeera powder

  • 1 green chilli cut length wise

  • 1/4 t spoon salt or as needed

  • 4 spoon coriander leaves

  • 3 spoon oil

Directions

    Keep a pour oil and add onion and jeera powder and saute well

  • 02

    Add peas and carrot and saute well...add water ,once it start boiling add rava and stirr continuously

  • 03

    Keep in sim and let it cook nicely

  • 04

    Add coriander leaves and once there is no water switch off and close it with a lid and leave for 5 to 10 minutes

  • 05

    Serve hot with coconut chutney
