Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 10 mc cain potato bites


  • 1 cup urad dal soaked over night


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp methi dana


  • 1/2 turmeric powder


  • 2 green chillies


  • 2 garlic pods


  • 2 cup oil for frying


  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1 sprig curry leaf

Directions

  • Grind urad dal, salt, garlic, green chilli to smooth paste.
  • add some water if required and add methi dana. blend it again.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder
  • mix it well.
  • heat oil, dip the bites in this batter and deep fry.
  • drain excess oil, cut the bites into two and make small hole with finger and fill it with mayonnaise.
  • sprinkle mixed herbs, garnish with curry leaf and serve hot.
