Paneer (cut into cubes) - 1 cup
Spring onions (chopped) - 1/2 cup
Schezwan sauce - 2 tbsp
tomato ketchup 2 tsp
pepper 1-2 tsp
butter 3 tsp
brown bread 4 slices
Grated mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup
Add the paneer cubes in a bowl.
Add the mozzarella cheese and spring onions.
Add schezwan sauce onto it.
Add tomato ketchup and pepper.
6. Add a tablespoon of butter and mix well again.
Take the white sandwich bread and apply butter on the slices.
Spread the schezwan mixture on the buttered side.
Close it with another slice such that the buttered side is on top.
Toast the sandwich and grill it until it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup or mayo
