Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Paneer (cut into cubes) - 1 cup


  • Spring onions (chopped) - 1/2 cup


  • Schezwan sauce - 2 tbsp


  • tomato ketchup 2 tsp


  • pepper 1-2 tsp


  • butter 3 tsp


  • brown bread 4 slices


  • Grated mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup

Directions

  • Add the paneer cubes in a bowl.
  • Add the mozzarella cheese and spring onions.
  • Add schezwan sauce onto it.
  • Add tomato ketchup and pepper.
  • mix it.
  • 6. Add a tablespoon of butter and mix well again.
  • Take the white sandwich bread and apply butter on the slices.
  • Spread the schezwan mixture on the buttered side.
  • Close it with another slice such that the buttered side is on top.
  • Toast the sandwich and grill it until it turns golden brown.
  • Serve hot with ketchup or mayo
