Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup kabuli chane


  • 2 potatoes


  • 2 onions


  • 2 tomatoes


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1/4 cup Tamarind water


  • 5-6 green chillis


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 2 cup refiend flour


  • 1/4 cup curd


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 200 gram butter

Directions

  • Firstly soak the kabuli chane overnight.
  • Now add refiend flour, curd, oil, salt and sugar. Kneed a soft dough. cover it with a plate and place on a warm place for 8 hours.
  • Transfer them in cooker, add 2 potatoes and baking soda.
  • Cook on medium flame till 2 whistle.
  • After release the pressure mash potatoes and add onion, tomatoes, green chillis and other spices.
  • Now add tamarind water and mix well.
  • Keep them aside for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out it and spread with water on one side.
  • Place it on tawa from watery side.
  • After 2 minutes flip it and spread butter.
  • Now serve hot with chhole and butter.
