Firstly soak the kabuli chane overnight.
Now add refiend flour, curd, oil, salt and sugar. Kneed a soft dough. cover it with a plate and place on a warm place for 8 hours.
Transfer them in cooker, add 2 potatoes and baking soda.
Cook on medium flame till 2 whistle.
After release the pressure mash potatoes and add onion, tomatoes, green chillis and other spices.
Now add tamarind water and mix well.
Keep them aside for 30 minutes.
Roll out it and spread with water on one side.
Place it on tawa from watery side.
After 2 minutes flip it and spread butter.
Now serve hot with chhole and butter.
