Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup ragi flour


  • 1 cup semolina


  • 1 cup curd


  • Salt 1 teaspoon or as per taste


  • 1/2 spoon eno


  • For chutney - 1 handful coriander leaves


  • 1 " ginger


  • 1/2 spoon cumin


  • 2 green chilli


  • 5-6 garlic


  • 1/4 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1 spoon lemon juice

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl put semolina, curd, ragi flour and salt.
  • Put little water slowly and make batter without any lumps. keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 min grease idli mould with oil.
  • Add eno into the better and immediately pour into greeze idli mould and steam for 15 minutes.
  • For chutney - put all chutney ingredients in a mixer jar and make a fine paste.
  • Serve ragi idli with chutney.
