Ingredients

  • Poha- 1cup


  • Couliflower- 2 florets


  • Carrot- 1small


  • Beans- 4


  • Onion- 1small


  • Mustard- 1tsp


  • Cumin- 1tsp


  • Red chili- 1


  • Oil- 1tbsp 1tsp


  • Peanut- 1/4cup


  • Chana dal- 1tbsp


  • Salt- 1/2tsp 1/2tsp


  • Haldi- 1 pinch 1pinch


  • Red chili powder- 1tsp


  • Mixture- 1/4cup


  • Chopped coriander leave- 2tbsp

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan add peanuts and fry up to toasted. Keep aside
  • Chop veggies and keep aside
  • Heat oil again add chopped onion and saute
  • Add chopped veggies and cook up to done. also add salt, haldi and red chili powder.
  • Now wash poha properly and queeze and keep on a plate. Add salt, haldi and red chili powder and mix with hand
  • Now add the poha to the veggies mixture and mix
  • Finally add roasted peanut and chopped coriander leave and mix..
  • Serve hot with mixture ( namkeen)
