Heat oil in a pan add peanuts and fry up to toasted. Keep aside
Chop veggies and keep aside
Heat oil again add chopped onion and saute
Add chopped veggies and cook up to done. also add salt, haldi and red chili powder.
Now wash poha properly and queeze and keep on a plate. Add salt, haldi and red chili powder and mix with hand
Now add the poha to the veggies mixture and mix
Finally add roasted peanut and chopped coriander leave and mix..
Serve hot with mixture ( namkeen)
