Ingredients

  • 2 cups american corn kernel


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp rd chilli powder


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard.
  • Add onion and chopped tomato. Saute until tomato turn mushy.
  • Add seasoning and corns.
  • Add water and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
  • Take out and garnish with coriander and lemon and serve hot.
