Method:-
1 ... Mix rice flour, boiled rice, salt, soda, oil and ginger garlic, chilli paste well and knead soft dough by adding a little water.
2 ... Now apply smoothness in your hands to make round balls roll them lightly with round hands and make a chapati (do not make the bread too thin)
3 .... Take a bowl of two sizes or a lid (one big and one small). Now cut the roti made from a large bowl into a round shape and then cut it in the middle with a small size
Similarly prepare all flour donuts
4 ... Now put water and a little salt in a big and deep vessel and keep boiling, put the donuts made in it and boil it well on medium flame for 8 - 10 minutes.
5 .... Put it in a sieve and separate it from water (Health consious people can add more vegetables to it and eat it without tempering)
6 .... Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, now add asafoetida, curry leaves, red chillies and put the donuts and cook on low flame till it becomes crisp pink
7 .... put coriander leaves and lemon juice in prepared donuts and serve hot with green chutney, sauce or tea
