Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cauliflower full

  • 5 to 6 long carrots sliced

  • 2 big onion diced

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons garlic ginger green chilli chopped

  • 1 cup green beans and peas

  • 2 cup estimated orange yellow red bell sweet peppers

  • 4 big potatoes long sliced

  • 2 cup half cut mushrooms

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon rock salt

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric

  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder

  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala

  • 1 tablespoon garam masala

  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder

  • 4 tablespoon desi ghee

Directions

    Take a heavy base big pan

  • 02

    Put desi ghee and roast cumin seeds ginger garlic green chilli

  • 03

    Now add onion and roast until it looks golden

  • 04

    Now add all the spices together

  • 05

    On the other side half boil potato carrot and green beans

  • 06

    Now add all the vegetables together and stay at low flame

  • 07

    Cover the utensil and check every after two minutes

  • 08

    Do it until vegetables looks soft and mixed

    Healthy delicious mix veg is ready
