Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1/2 tsp cornflour


  • 2 nos cardamom


  • 1/4 cups beans chopped


  • 1/4 cups carrot chopped


  • 1/4 cups peas


  • 1/4 cups aloo chopped


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 1/2 cups for dosa batter :urad dhal


  • 3 cups idli rice


  • 1 cups raw rice


  • 1/2 cups poha

Directions

  • For dosa batter : soak the dhal and rice separately for 5 hours .
  • Now grind the dhal first to a smooth paste .
  • soak poha for ten mins and add it to soaked rice which is soaked for 5 hours
  • now grind both poha and rice and then mix with dhal and ferment it for 8 hours .
  • For stew. Add oil in pan then mustard seeds green chilli curry leaves cardamom bay leaf and sauté well.
  • now add chopped onion and ginger to it with a pinch of salt and cook well.
  • add all the chopped veggies with salt to taste sprinkle water cover it and cook till soft. or microwave veggies for ten mins.
  • Lastly add milk mixed with cornflour to the cooked veggies and yet it simmer for 2 mins.
  • now stew is ready to serve with dosa.
