1 cup rolled oats
1 big spoon sabza (chia seeds)
2 cup milk
1/2 spoon chopped cashew
1 spoon chopped almonds
1 spoon chopped walnuts
2 spoon raisins
1 bowl chopped fruits as per your choice
2 spoon honey
2 dates chopped
Directions
Take oats and chia seeds in a jar .
Add milk to submerge the oats.
Add chopped almonds, cashew, raisins, walnut and dates cover the jar with lid and keep it inside of refrigerator for overnight.
In the morning take out the jar from fridge and add chopped fruits and nuts.
Finally drizzle a spoon of honey for sweetness.
Serve with fresh fruits and milk.
