Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup rolled oats


  • 1 big spoon sabza (chia seeds)


  • 2 cup milk


  • 1/2 spoon chopped cashew


  • 1 spoon chopped almonds


  • 1 spoon chopped walnuts


  • 2 spoon raisins


  • 1 bowl chopped fruits as per your choice


  • 2 spoon honey


  • 2 dates chopped

Directions

  • Take oats and chia seeds in a jar .
  • Add milk to submerge the oats.
  • Add chopped almonds, cashew, raisins, walnut and dates cover the jar with lid and keep it inside of refrigerator for overnight.
  • In the morning take out the jar from fridge and add chopped fruits and nuts.
  • Finally drizzle a spoon of honey for sweetness.
  • Serve with fresh fruits and milk.
