Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1Cup dalia


  • 1/2cup semiya


  • 1chopped carrot


  • 1 chopped capsicum


  • 7-8 florat Cauliflower 1/4cup green pea


  • 1chopped onion


  • 3-4chopped greenchilli


  • 2tbsp roasted&shocked chanadal


  • 1tsp mustardseeds


  • 10-12curry patta


  • 2tbsp oil


  • 1spoon or to taste salt

Directions

  • Wash&soak the dalia 10 mints & strain it.
  • Heat a kadhai add oil add mustardseeds,currypatta& greenchilli , crackle it for a mints.
  • Add chopped onion sauted 1 or 2 mints.
  • Than add carrot,& Cauliflower stir 2 mints.
  • Add capsicum,greenpea &soaked roasted chanadal &salt cook nicely
  • Add roasted semiya &1/2cup water.Mix it well &cover it .
  • After 2-3mints add soaked dalia mix it well &cover it.Stir it time to time.L ow the flame.
  • AFter dalia cooked nicely off the gas.
  • Serve with canadal &coconut chutney.
