Ingredients
Serves 3
1 packet dosa batter
1/4 cup gram dhall
2 to 3 spoon Chilli powder
4 spoon coriander leaves finely chopped
1/4 t spoon Turmeric powder
1/2 t spoon salt or as needed
4 spoon oil
1 big onion finely chopped
Directions
Soak gram dhall for 25 minutes
To d dosa batter all gram dhall,onion, Turmeric, Chilli powder, coriander leaves
Keep panniyara kadai and pour little oil in each circles and pour the batter into it
Keep n low flame after some time turn it and let it cook nicely.once it turns to golden colour remove from flame.
Serve hot with coconut chutney
Use sharp stick to turn this(we can use knife)
