Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 packet dosa batter

  • 1/4 cup gram dhall

  • 2 to 3 spoon Chilli powder

  • 4 spoon coriander leaves finely chopped

  • 1/4 t spoon Turmeric powder

  • 1/2 t spoon salt or as needed

  • 4 spoon oil

  • 1 big onion finely chopped

Directions

    Soak gram dhall for 25 minutes

    To d dosa batter all gram dhall,onion, Turmeric, Chilli powder, coriander leaves

  • 03

    Keep panniyara kadai and pour little oil in each circles and pour the batter into it

  • 04

    Keep n low flame after some time turn it and let it cook nicely.once it turns to golden colour remove from flame.

    Serve hot with coconut chutney

  • 06

    Use sharp stick to turn this(we can use knife)
