Take chickpeas in a pressure cooker add 6 glass water, salt cover and pressure cook for 15 mins or fluffy done.
Heat oil in a pan add Rai, zeera and curry leaves and saute for 30 seconds
Add chopped Onion saute for 2 mins,add chopped tomato, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder and cook till oil separate.
Add boiled chickpeas and 2cups water and cook for 10 mins on medium flame
In a bowl add refined flour,salt, baking powder and mix well.
Add some water and knead into a soft dough.
Add 1 tbsp oil and knead well and set aside for 10mins.
Heat sufficient oil in kadai, devide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls.
Grease worktop with some oil and roll each ball into thick discs.
Deep fry each disc into hot oil till golden and puffed up .
Garnish chole with coriander and serve with bhatore
