Suji : 1cup Ginger/Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Haldi - 1/4 tsp Oil - 1tsp Rai - 1/2 tsp Jeera - 1/4 tsp Coriander leaves to garnish
In a pan boil 2 cups of water. Add salt , garlic paste n oil. Add suji n stir continously to avoid lumps. Let it cool. Now knead suji dough till it gets soft. Apply little oil if its sticky. Make lemon size balls. Heat oil n put rai n til n curry leaves. Then put haldi powder, red mirch powder. Add balls n mix gently. Cook for a minute. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with choice of ur chutney / ketchup. Note : U can add ur choice of finely chopped vegetables in suji dough.
