  • Bajra flour - 1 cup Jowar flour - 1/4 cup Besan - 1/4 cup Wheat flour - 1/4 cup Spinach - 1 cup blanched n chopped Ginger/garlic/chilli paste - 1 tsp Salt to taste Turmeric -1/4 tsp Sesame seeds - 1 tsp Sugar - 1/4 tsp Oil - 1 tsp Oil to fry

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl . Make semi soft dough. Grease steamer plate n spread dough evenly of 1 inch thickness. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Press little. Steam it for 10- 12 mins. Take n let it cool for 5 mins. Cut into desired shapes .i hv cut in star shapes. Heat oil n shallow fry till golden brown n crispy. Serve hot with green chutney n ketchup.
