Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup white urad dal soaked for 3 hours


  • 4 curry leaves chopped


  • 4 green chilli chopped


  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander


  • 1 tbsp zeera


  • 1 Salt to taste


  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Add zeera, salt, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Dampen your palm with some water, take a portion of batter make a cavity in the center to shape into medu vada and drop in hot oil directly and deep fry till golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve with coconut chutney.
