Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1.5 cup spinach


  • 1 cup Poha washed and dried


  • 3 boiled potatoes 1 onion finely chopped


  • 1-2 green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger


  • 1 tsp jeera powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder pinch hing 1 tsp chaat masala powder salt to taste 3-4 tbsp corn flour 2tbsp coriander leaves chopped oil for frying

Directions

  • Wash the spinach well and chopped it
  • Wash Poha and squeeze it. Mash potatoes .
  • Now in a mixing bowl add all ingredients except oil .You can add chopped.dry fruits in it.
  • Add some oil in the dough to make it smooth. Now take a small portion and make tikki shaped.
  • Heat oil in a wok on low to medium heat. Deep fry these tikkis until golden brown. You can also shallow fry these Poha tikki for a healthy option.
  • When it becomes golden brown from both sides then take out on kitchen towel.
  • Now serve these delicious tikki with sauce and desired chutney.
