1.5 cup spinach
1 cup Poha washed and dried
3 boiled potatoes 1 onion finely chopped
1-2 green chilli chopped
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder pinch hing 1 tsp chaat masala powder salt to taste 3-4 tbsp corn flour 2tbsp coriander leaves chopped oil for frying
Wash the spinach well and chopped it
Wash Poha and squeeze it. Mash potatoes .
Now in a mixing bowl add all ingredients except oil .You can add chopped.dry fruits in it.
Add some oil in the dough to make it smooth. Now take a small portion and make tikki shaped.
Heat oil in a wok on low to medium heat. Deep fry these tikkis until golden brown. You can also shallow fry these Poha tikki for a healthy option.
When it becomes golden brown from both sides then take out on kitchen towel.
Now serve these delicious tikki with sauce and desired chutney.
