  • 2 tbsp finally chopped cabbage

  • 2 tbsp Mayonise


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder ya as your taste


  • 2 tbsp tomato saus


  • 2 tbsp green chutney


  • 1 cup besan


  • 4-5 lambe cut kare paneer ke pieces


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala powder


  • 3-4 tsp butter

Directions

  • Besan me hing , jeera , chilly powder nd salt mix karke batter bana le
  • Dosa tawa garam kare spoon se thoda batter daal kar medium size chiĺla bana le.
  • Dono side sekh kar plate me nikal le.
  • Paneer ke pueces ko butter ke saath sekh le.
  • Cucumber , tomato ko round piece mecut kar le .
  • Cabbage ko grate kar le ya finally chopped kar le.
  • Carrot , cabbage me tomato sauce , black pepper powder, mayonise, salt mix kar le.
  • Sabhi bread ko butter ke saath ek side sekh le tawe par.
  • Bread ke ek side butter lagaye dusri side cabbage waala mixture rakhe.
  • Dusri bread ke ek side butter lagaye aur ek side green chutney lagaye .
  • Chilla ko bread ke shape me cut kar le.
  • 1st mayonise bread upper chutney waalu bread rakhe.
  • 3rd bread me saus lagaye aur paneer ke piece rakhe cut kare tomato piece aur cucumber piece rakhe salt aur black pepper powder sprinkle kare.
  • Chille waalu bread ke upper rakhe.
  • Ab last bread me butter lagaye aur Cucumber bread ke upper set kar de.
  • Sandwich ke dono side tooth puck ya straw halke haath se lagaye .
