Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida


  • 1/4 tsp ajwain


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp oil


  • for filling.. 1 cup greated cheese


  • 1 boil patato


  • 1tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp grm masala


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp kasuri methi


  • 1/4 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 6-7 big tsp Oil for fry


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • 1. Take a big thali. Put maida , ajwain, salt, ghee. Mix well. Add luck warm .. make a dough. Rest few minutes. Cover with wet cloth.
  • Take a pan . Heat 1 tsp oil . Put cumin seeds, Hing . Crackling.. then add crashed patato , all spice . Mix well
  • Roasted few minutes.. add kasuri methi. Gas off . Cool down.
  • Make small balls for dough..Ball roll with rolling pin. Make small poori .
  • Cut into center. Divide two parts. Put one part . Joint two point half poori. Put water in side.Make a cone shope. Fill in patoto masala and cheeses . Close sides. Make samosa
  • Heat oil ..leave smosa . Deep fry till brown .. serve hot with chatni
