1. Take a big thali. Put maida , ajwain, salt, ghee. Mix well. Add luck warm .. make a dough. Rest few minutes. Cover with wet cloth.
Take a pan . Heat 1 tsp oil . Put cumin seeds, Hing . Crackling.. then add crashed patato , all spice . Mix well
Roasted few minutes.. add kasuri methi. Gas off . Cool down.
Make small balls for dough..Ball roll with rolling pin. Make small poori .
Cut into center. Divide two parts. Put one part . Joint two point half poori. Put water in side.Make a cone shope. Fill in patoto masala and cheeses . Close sides. Make samosa
Heat oil ..leave smosa . Deep fry till brown .. serve hot with chatni
