Mix Curd and semolina and 1/2 cup water and mix and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Now add onions, capsicum, chopped coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
The batter has to be thick , mix well.
Now add eno and mix well , as soon as we add eno fruit salt the batter gets instant fermented.
Make the mini uthappams by adding very little oil.
Serve with green chutney.
