Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • I1/2 cup ground Oats


  • 1/2 cup semolina


  • 1/2 Cup curds


  • Chocolate Onions 1 tbsp


  • Chocolate Capsicum 1 tbsp


  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp


  • 1 tsp eno fruit salt


  • Salt 3/4 tsp approximately


  • Oil 4-5 tsps

Directions

  • Mix Curd and semolina and 1/2 cup water and mix and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • Now add onions, capsicum, chopped coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
  • The batter has to be thick , mix well.
  • Now add eno and mix well , as soon as we add eno fruit salt the batter gets instant fermented.
  • Make the mini uthappams by adding very little oil.
  • Serve with green chutney.
