Ingredients

  • Pav 6


  • Potato 3


  • Tomato 3


  • Capsicum 1 or 2


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Pav bhaji masala 1 tablespoon


  • Butter 100 gm


  • Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon


  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoon


  • Onion 2


  • Kasuri methi 1 teaspoon


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon


  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon


  • Green chili 3

Directions

  • Boiled potato and mashed it
  • Chopped tomatoes, green chili and onions separately
  • Heat half butter in a pan add onion and saute till translucent
  • add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute
  • add tomatoes mix well & cooked until tomatoes become soft and butter separates from sides
  • now add green chili, capsicum and all the spices mentioned above along with lemon juice.
  • cover and cooked for 10 minutes
  • open a lid and mashed the gravy in smooth texture.
  • dd coriander leaves and topped with butter or chopped onion (Optional)
  • For masala pav
  • Cut the pav From between
  • Heat little butter in a pan add pinch of pav bhaji masala and toast the pav from both the sides
  • Serve hot
