Boiled potato and mashed it
Chopped tomatoes, green chili and onions separately
Heat half butter in a pan add onion and saute till translucent
add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute
add tomatoes mix well & cooked until tomatoes become soft and butter separates from sides
now add green chili, capsicum and all the spices mentioned above along with lemon juice.
cover and cooked for 10 minutes
open a lid and mashed the gravy in smooth texture.

Heat little butter in a pan add pinch of pav bhaji masala and toast the pav from both the sides
Serve hot
