Firstly soak chhole over night in 4 cup of water
Next day transfer in cooker, add baking soda and cook for 4-5 whistle on medium flame.
Meanwhile we will prepare masala.
Grind tomatoes and green chillis.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, asafotida, and garam masala.
Now add tomato paste and roast well. Add chhole masala
Whistle has been released.
So add chhole in masala with adding salt.
Cook them for 10 minutes on low flame
Make a soft dough with wheat flour.
Heat oil in kadhayi.
Take a small ball and rollout this.
Drop it in heat oil. It will turn in to baloon
Fry till golden brown.
Now turn of the chhole gas and transfer in a bowl.
Serve with hot puri, raayta and masala aalu.
You can add papad with it.
