    Moong daal ko water me 5 hours ke liye ya night me soaked karke rakh de.

    Grinder me moong daal, green chilly aur coriander thoda water add karke rice flour mix karke smooth paste bana le .

    Aap rice flour baad me bhi mix kar sakte hai.

    Mixture me salt , asofetidia mix kare water kam lag raha to add kar lujiye .

    Grated paneer me chopped coriander, chopped chilly , salt , chaat masala mix kare.
