Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 2green chilli chopped


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tbsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 Glass water


  • 2 medium size potato


  • 1 tbsp Butter

Directions

  • Take wheat flour into a bowl add salt and mix well.
  • Add a little water at. A time and knead the dough , the dough should neither be too thick not be too thin it Should have medium consistency.
  • Cover it and rest it for 30 mins
  • Take potatoes and boil them, peel and mash the potatoes.
  • Add green chilli, salt, chopped onion, amchur powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder mix well and rest it for 10 mins.
  • For making paratha take a small ball of dough roll it.
  • Take the staffing fill it and make the paratha.
  • Transfer the paratha on hot pan.Roast for about 2-3minutes flip over and spread butter and roast for other side for another 2 mins.
