Rice - 1 cup Water - 2cups Salt to taste Fresh Coconut - 1/4 cup Oil - 3-4 drops
Wash n soak rice for 3-4 hrs. In a mixer jar take rice n coconut. Grind to a smooth paste. Transfer into a bowl. Add salt. Heat non stick tawa. Grease it. Pour batter by laddle. Cook for 30- 40 seconds. Ready to serve with choice of ur chutnies or curries.
