soak moong dal in water for atleast 4 hours. After that drain the moong dal and keep aside for 30 minutes for dry.
Put dal in to a blender and blend to coarse paste without adding any water.
Now take a pan and heat ghee and now add the moong dal paste.
After that add saute on low to medium flame for atleast 10- 15 minutes or saute till they turn crumble and turn golden brown.
Now add milk and cook 2 to 4 minute after that add sugar and chopped dry fruit and mix well. cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes or till mixture starts leaving sides.
Now moong daal halwa is ready. Transfer in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruit.
