Mix all ingredients and bind stiff dough.
Roll n fry till golden brown n crispy.
FOR DAL :
Chana Dal - 1 cup soaked
Salt to taste
green chillies 1 chopped
Haldi - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Amchur a pinch
FOR TADKA :
Jeera - 1tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Method :
Boil dal by adding salt n haldi n green chillies.
Dont over cook.
Serve in a bowl n sprinkle red chilli powder n amchur.pour tadka over it.
Serve hot with pakwaan n green n sweet chutney.
