Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cup wheat flour

  • 1/2 spoon salt or as needed 1/4 cup rava

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 big onion

  • 3 spoon coriander leaves

  • 3 spoon oil

  • 1/4 litre Oil for deep frying poori

Directions

    Mix wheat flour,rava ,salt ,water and make a thick dough

  • 02

    Keep a pan pour oil add onion and saute well

  • 03

    Add egg and stirr continuously add pepper and salt

  • 04

    Add coriander leaves mix well and switch off d stove

  • 05

    Make small pooris and stuff egg burji and close

  • 06

    Heat the oil and deep fry the pooris and serve hot
