Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 hot dog buns


  • 2 boiled potatoes


  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrot,beans, capsicum,baby corn)


  • 1 cup breadcrumbs more as required


  • 1 onion


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp oil more as required


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise


  • 2 tbsp hung curd


  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander


  • 1 onion,for salad


  • 2 tomato


  • 1 cucumber


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 3 tbsp Tomato sauce


  • 3 tbsp mustard sauce

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion and saute till translucent
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
  • Add all chopped vegetables and mix well.
  • Add salt and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Remove from the flame and let cool.
  • Add 1 cup breadcrumbs ,mashed potatoes,salt and garam masala powder and mix well.
  • Divide this into 3 parts and make cylindrical shapes.
  • Coat these with more breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown on all sides.
  • Make a slit in hot dog buns and put butter inside and heat them too.
  • Make a dip with mayonnaise,hung curd,chilli sauce and coriander leaves.
  • Chop onion , tomato and cucumber for salad and add salt to it.
  • Put some dip in the centre of hot dog buns.
  • Put the veggie sausage in between each bun.
  • Add some salad on top.
  • Serve with tomato sauce and yellow mustard sauce.
