Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion and saute till translucent
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
Add all chopped vegetables and mix well.
Add salt and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes
Remove from the flame and let cool.
Add 1 cup breadcrumbs ,mashed potatoes,salt and garam masala powder and mix well.
Divide this into 3 parts and make cylindrical shapes.
Coat these with more breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown on all sides.
Make a slit in hot dog buns and put butter inside and heat them too.
Make a dip with mayonnaise,hung curd,chilli sauce and coriander leaves.
Chop onion , tomato and cucumber for salad and add salt to it.
Put some dip in the centre of hot dog buns.
Put the veggie sausage in between each bun.
Add some salad on top.
Serve with tomato sauce and yellow mustard sauce.
