Fist the grated pumpkin and release the water.
Now add spices and green chillis and mix well. But don't add salt.
Now knead the wheat flour soft and rest it for 10 minutes.
Heat the tawa.
Now pinch a ball and roll out Little
Now put 2 tbsp of grated pumpkin and add pinch salt.
Cover it and roll it in 5 inch radius.
Place it on tawa and after 2 minutes flip it.
After 2 minutes place ghee or butter and roast it till golden brown.
Serve it with fresh curd.
