Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup grated yellow pumpkin


  • 4-5 green chiilis


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 cup butter or desi ghee


  • 2 cup wheat flour


  • 2 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Fist the grated pumpkin and release the water.
  • Now add spices and green chillis and mix well. But don't add salt.
  • Now knead the wheat flour soft and rest it for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the tawa.
  • Now pinch a ball and roll out Little
  • Now put 2 tbsp of grated pumpkin and add pinch salt.
  • Cover it and roll it in 5 inch radius.
  • Place it on tawa and after 2 minutes flip it.
  • After 2 minutes place ghee or butter and roast it till golden brown.
  • Serve it with fresh curd.
