  • Potato Samosa material : 250 grams all purpose flour 75 gms of ghee / vegetable ghee Salt to taste 1/4 table spoon meetha soda Samosa is crispy if moyan is applied with ghee . For stuffing: 😊 6 boiled potatoes 1/2 table spoon fennel seeds 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/2 tablespoon dry mango powder 4-5 curry leaves G 4-6 tablespoon peanut drdra peesa hua . Salt to taste 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 2-3 chillies chopped 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder (optional) 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger 1-2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves Oil for frying samosa Note: If you like the taste of garlic, then make ginger garlic paste.

    Method - knead soft dough with the help of water by adding moyan , meeta soda , salt to the flour and now keep it covered for 20 minutes Now heat oil in the pan and add fennel, mustard, now add ginger, curry leaves, green chillies and add ground peanuts and fry them in a low flame. Add mango powder and mix well and fry well and add coriander leaves Now heat the oil (make a flat dough so that the samosa does not become too thick or too thin), cut it into a little oval shape and then cut it in equal parts and make a cone shape Prepare the masala now carefully pasting its edges with water fry samosa in to medium flame under the golden crisp    Chutney, Sauce, Tea. Serve hot with ... You can also make Samosa Chaat by adding curd, sweet chutney, green chutney, finely chopped, onion, chaat masala.
