1 bowl meethi ki bhaji
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp zeera
1 bowl wheat flour
1 tbsp butter or ghee
Take a bowl, add methi, salt, green chilli paste, zeera, ajwain, besan, wheat flour, coriander and make a soft dough.
Cover the dough and rest it for 15 mins.
After 15 mins make a paratha with the help of roller.
Shallow fry on tawa apply butter on both the side of paratha.
You can serve it with ketchup, green chutney, mayonnaise.
