  • 3 Tablespoon Besan

  • 2 onion

  • 6 Greenchillies

  • 1/2 tomato

  • 2 Tea Spoon salt

  • 1 tea spoon red chilli powder

  • 1 tea spoon Dhaniya powder

  • 1 pinch Asfotedi

  • 1 table spoon Hara Dhaniya

  • 1 cup Chana

  • 1 tea spoon garam masala

  • 3 cloves pf garlic

  • 1/2 ginger

  • 4-5 Kadi patta


  • For kanda Bhajiya, we will take besan in an container and mix salt, cut 2 green chillies and put , 1/2 teaspn hing, Hara dhaniya in it
  • After mixing all this stuff we will cut and put onion in it. We will keep this aside for 10 mins. Till than we can heat the oil to make the Bhaiya.
  • Once the oil is hot we will mix small lumps in oil for bhajiya. Our Bhajiya is ready.
  • Now for masala chana, we will grind ginger,garlic,green chillies, tomato and onions.
  • Take oil, put Rai, kadi patta, above grinded mixture and let it cook.
  • Once it is cooked, we will put the chana in it and cover it with plate so that it gets diluted.
  • After some minutes, the chana is cooked and we can serve it with lemon
