Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1bowl vermicili

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp zeera

  • 1 tbsp Rai

  • 1 tbsp curry leaves

  • 2 tbsp green chilli

  • 1/2 half bowl green piece

  • 1chopped onion

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 glass Water

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

    Add oil in a pan ,add vermicili and fry till golden brown in color.

  • 02

    In the same pan add oil, zeera, Rai and curry leaves and fry for 2mins.

  • 03

    Add chopped onion, green chilli, green piece, chopped tomato and cook for 5 mins.

  • 04

    Add fry vermicili and mix nicely.

  • 05

    Add 1glass of water and cook for 10 mins.

  • 06

    You can serve it with ketchup also.
