Take a bowl put ravva was it drain water
Take another bowl put urad dal paste add ravva
Keep a side leave 5 hours
Then add salt,baking soda on to batter mix up well pour oil greased bowl place into steamer
Should be steam at 20mins
Take out once its perfectly steamed seperate on to bowl place on serving plate
Sprinkle chilli powder
For tempering..Heat cadai pour oil add cumin,mustard seeds when it's splutter add chilli slices,curry leaves fri well add on this tampering on top of dhokla
Dhokla is ready to serve
For chutney..take a blender put fresh coriander,coconut,chilli,salt,cumin,tamarind juice make a fine paste put into serving plate
Add tempering onto chutney ready to serve
